The most important aspect when doing a software development project is, of course, as the name says, the development of software. The client that is referred to here can either be an internal client or if the software developers are coming from a consultancy it is an external client. The aspect of early and continuous delivery shows the continuity to agile software development as well as the contrary to the waterfall software development. Another advantage of this is the potential customer involvement in every sprint. Changes can easily be made and adaptations easily implemented. An important differentiation that should be made is the customer might not necessarily be the end user but is most of the times just the firm delivering the product to the user.
