The primary objective of any Agile team is to provide value to the customer. This principle tells us that it is important to maintain the quality of the product throughout the process by paying close attention to the technical details. It is very important that our agile team has multi-skilled individuals who can handle all of the technical aspects that the project entails and as a result facilitates continuous improvement.
